I’m a psychologist supporting individuals and organisations to strengthen performance, wellbeing, and sustainable habits across sport, exercise, and everyday life. My approach combines sport and exercise psychology expertise with an integrative, person‑centred and CBT‑informed way of working. Sessions provide a collaborative space to understand what is happening, make sense of patterns, and then translate that insight into clear, practical strategies you can use between sessions.
Work is tailored to you: we clarify goals, explore what gets in the way, and build skills you can apply in training, competition, recovery, work, and relationships. I aim to offer support that feels both grounded and empowering—helping you understand yourself better, take purposeful action, and make change that lasts.
