Supervision offers a dedicated professional space where your practice is the focus, not your caseload targets, your line manager's priorities, or the noise of the working week. It's structured around what you actually need: developing your skills and confidence, processing the emotional demands of the work, and ensuring your practice stays safe, ethical, and grounded. Whether you're a trainee working towards qualification, a newly registered practitioner finding your feet, or an experienced psychologist who wants a more reflective space, supervision is built around your stage of development and the contexts you're working in.

We'll begin by agreeing on a clear contract that sets out how we'll work together, covering the focus, the format, the boundaries, and what both of us can expect. Sessions are collaborative and agenda-led, drawing on your cases, your questions, and the issues that are live for you right now. I work primarily within Proctor's three-function model, which means our time together will hold learning, emotional support, and professional accountability in balance, not one at the expense of the others. My approach is strengths-based and reflective; the aim is for you to leave each session more aware, more informed, skilled, and encouraged than when you arrived.

Individual supervision is available online or in person, on a regular retained basis or as a time-limited block. I work with practitioners in sport and exercise psychology and applied performance settings, and I'm comfortable supervising across modalities and professional contexts. If you're unsure whether supervision with me is the right fit, an initial conversation is the best place to start.
